The Foundation offers several levels of sponsorships:

Premium – $4000+

Sponsors who contribute $4,000 or more in a calendar year may be eligible for additional benefits in addition to those listed below. (for example: tailored social media shout-outs, logo in premium locations, time for your organization to address our audiences during a curtain speech, lobby tabling, rental opportunities of Tabor storefronts for private events, etc.)

Platinum – $2,500

8 VIP tickets to any show, placement in a print ad with Herald Democrat, online website placement, social media feature post, logo in the digital and print program, and business/name mentioned as part of the opening of several events.

Silver – $625

2 VIP tickets to any show, placement in a print ad with Herald Democrat, online website placement, social media shout-out, logo in the digital and print program, and business/name mentioned as part of the opening of at least one show.

Gold – $1,250

4 VIP tickets to any show, placement in a print ad with Herald Democrat, online website placement, social media shout-out, logo in the digital and print program, and business/name mentioned as part of the opening of at least one show.

Bronze – $300

1 VIP ticket to any show, placement in a print ad with Herald Democrat, online website placement, social media shout-out, logo in the digital and print program, and business/name mentioned as part of the opening of at least one show.

Single Event Title Sponsorship – $1500

After Party Sponsorship – $300

NEW this season! Do you run a late-night local venue? Sign up as an after-party sponsor and let us direct people to your venue as the official after-party spot. We will include your logo in the event poster and announce your venue as the spot to be after the show during the curtain speech. We will invite the artists/event producers (but we cannot guarantee their attendance). We will also reserve ad space for you in the program (you provide the design, with TOHPF approval).

In-Kind Catering Sponsorship – $400-1000

For our subscription series shows, we offer special catered snacks in our VIP lounge for our season subscribers and VIP ticket holders. Restaurant partners bring small, elegant bites for approximately 50-80 people. Typically, VIP catering costs the Tabor $600 – $1,000. If you are a restaurant willing to donate some or all of the fee, we are happy to offer you 2 VIP tickets, an ad in our program (you design), signage in the event space, and your logo on the event poster.

In-Kind Hotel Sponsorship – $200-1500

For our touring artists, we often need to secure 1-5 hotel rooms for the night of the show. If you are a lodging business and/or run an Airbnb and would be willing to donate 1 or more rooms for a guest artist, please reach out! Your benefits would be commensurate with the benefits for season sponsors, based on the value of your in-kind lodging donation.
